Nebojša Todorović: The Role of Russia in the Breakup of Yugoslavia
Nebojša Todorović started his political career as an advisor in the Cabinet of the Minister of Education and Science in 2005. After that, he was appointed as Assistant Minister of Labor and Social Welfare as one of the youngest members of the Montenegrin Government in 2007. From 2009 to 2015, he served as Assistant Minister of Health. During this period, he performed a number of important duties related to the European integration of Montenegro. During 2015, he became one of the founders of the Montenegrin Pan-European Union, and since 2020 he has been employed as Assistant Director of the Real Estate Administration of Montenegro. He completed his postgraduate studies in Foreign Policy and Diplomacy at the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb with the topic The Policy of the Russian Federation in the Western Balkans: A Case Study of Montenegro. He conducted research on this topic for several months in 2018 at the Johns Hopkins SAIS in Washington, where he also had a final presentation on the topic Western Balkans: Europe or not?
